Full review
The Kuuma Stow N Go Grill is a compact gas grill purpose-built for boaters who want real cooking convenience without sacrificing precious space on deck. Designed to mount on a rail, rod holder, or pedestal base, this grill brings galley-style cooking out into the cockpit, letting you sear burgers, grill fish fresh off the line, or warm up a quick breakfast while anchored at your favorite cove. Its stainless steel construction stands up to salt spray, humidity, and the general wear and tear of life on the water, making it a durable addition to any boat's onboard equipment rather than a fragile backyard accessory pressed into service offshore.
What sets the Stow N Go apart is exactly what its name promises: a thoughtful folding design that collapses down to a slim profile for easy storage when not in use. The grates and lid fold flat, allowing the unit to tuck into a cabinet, locker, or even hang in a rod holder bracket without eating up cockpit real estate. This makes it especially popular among owners of center consoles, pontoon boats, and cruisers where storage space is always at a premium. Despite its small stowed footprint, the cooking surface opens up to a usable size that can handle a real meal for a few people, not just a token snack, so it doesn't feel like a compromise when it's time to actually cook.
Running on small propane canisters or connected to a larger onboard tank depending on the model configuration, the Kuuma Stow N Go is engineered for quick setup and tear-down, which matters when you're anchored for a limited window or need to clear the grill before getting underway again. Control knobs are built to be marine-friendly, with a simple ignition system that works reliably in breezy, damp conditions typical of being out on the water. For boaters who see cooking as part of the onboard lifestyle rather than an afterthought, this grill delivers dependable performance paired with a storage-smart design, making it a staple piece of galley equipment for day trips, weekend cruises, or extended time at anchor.
